Geographical position:

The project is locates in the Tekesi County, 119kms to the capital city of yining, directly linked with No.220 provincial Highway, infrastructures are well integrated for the construction of the project.

Superiority of Resources:

The county has been built according to the eight diagram layout, took the center of the town as the center of the diagram. The built four rings of main roads linked with 64 streets, made it a biggest puzzle in the world. It is also the sole, biggest and largest model of materialization of philosophy conception into a true existing being, therefore the town won the Guinness Book of World Records.

The project is to build a cultural palace of the Book of Changes, which covers an area of 2100 square meters; a puzzle that cover an area of 18137 square meters; four drum towers that cover an area of 3200 square meters; 20 ancient style buildings to integrate an ancient walking street; to develop souvenirs and handicrafts.
