(g)we are not responsible for any disputes or damages caused by the behaves mentioned above. (h)we enjoy the final right to issue the information by your application. CIFN may discontinue or change the Site, or its availability to you, at any time, and you may always terminate your usage at any time. This License Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision in this License Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This License Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, as if this was a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within China.
